Looking for a dual axle trailer with surge brakes that will work for a Catalina 25 FIN keel.

I have a 12,000 lbs capacity trailer for $ 2100 that is set up to carry a 24' Sea Ray double-cabin cruiser, but it can easily be re-configured to fit a sailboat for a labor and materials charge. I have a Catalina 25 fin keel factory trailer for sale. Do you still need one? Dual axle, surge brakes, tongue extension, kit for strap launching, very good tires and wheels (bought within last 4 years, trailer used 3-4 times), good lumber & carpet on keel guides, brakes recently inspected, new tongue actuator rated for 8,000 lbs., in Middle Tennessee, pics available if interested, $2,500.
