Hunter 23.5, 1987 Mast Rake/Stay Tension

I have a 1987 Hunter 23.5. I want to know what people have used for the stay tension and mast rake for general sailing conditions. I live in Tampa Florida and mainky sail in 5 -m 20 knot steady wind. No racing yet, just cruising.
