I can put a trailer like that together for you. A tandem axle trailer, with brakes, modified to fit that boat, is going to run you $2000 to $2500. Depends on availability and price of base trailer. Will be slightly used but in great working condition. Lights, tires, brakes, paint - all in decent repair.
