I am disabled from a severe motorcycle accident 6 years ago so I cannot work for anyone for money. So my income is quite limited but I am still able to do a few things, wall around by myself, and dream.
Now, as I age, I dream of fulfilling a long dream I have had, to sail across the Pacific in my own sail boat. I guess I need a 35 to 50 foot sailboat and I want a conventional hull, no double or triple hulled boats. It should be simple to sail as I will probably be the only crew member, unless my wife decides she wants to go with me. My service dog will go. I want a safe, fiberglass hull and one easy to operated. It if can be trailered, all the better. I guess it will need a small motor to move it when close to docking or something. I can still navigate very very well and I can and am licensed to fly small airplanes. I can read and understand instructions. I can understand electrical power, electronics, mechanics, work and repair wood, metal, and mechanical things, :)so I am capable of doing this. The problem is I have very little income and not likely to get more so I need the best possible price. Is there anyone out there who can help me? If you can, email me so I will see it sooner. djw46 and I am at att.net.
